Versatile office space to rent for meetings, conferences, and workshops
Looking for fully furnished office space to rent in Gloucestershire?
Take a tour of the meeting space available for hire by the hour or the day at 16i.
Finding the right balance between space and technology when renting meeting rooms can be time consuming. As the world emerges out of the pandemic, hybrid-remote working is now the norm rather than the exception, and, as a result, 16i has adapted the use of multipurpose areas at its Cheltenham location to incorporate a range of office rental space.
By reconfiguring the layouts in various rooms in the building, multifunctional workspaces have been created and are available to rent for management or off-site meetings, workshops, training sessions, or evening classes. With modular furniture, air conditioning, high speed secure internet, and the latest in display technologies, each space can be adapted to suit requirements.
The furniture in every room can be arranged in a variety of configurations to comfortably accommodate up to 32 people, from a classic boardroom style, a collaborative U shape, a classroom layout or even as an auditorium, with adjacent meeting space also available if required. Meeting rooms are fully equipped with modern technology making connecting simple and quick.
        Rental space facilities
- Dedicated on-site parking
 - In-house receptionist to greet guests
 - High speed Wi-Fi
 - Wheelchair accessibility
 - 75” interactive whiteboard
 - Touch screen technology
 - Nespresso Professional coffee machine
 - Tea, cold drinks, and snacks
 - On-site support team

With fully flexible rental, all the meeting rooms are available on a half day or full day basis, with technical support, printers and scanners on hand should they be required. Whilst a range of snacks and soft drinks can be provided from on-site stock, food and drink options are endless, as services such as Deliveroo and Just Eat deliver to the premises and the popular Bath Road shops and cafes are just a short walk away.
Located in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham, 16i Space can be reached easily via major roads and motorway networks. If traveling by train, Cheltenham Spa station, situated on the main Bristol to Birmingham line, has direct trains from London to Paddington making it accessible from all areas of the UK.
